Xero recently announced changes to their Starter Plan. These changes were made with sole traders, contractors and freelancers in mind and make it an alternative to Xero Cashbook. Major updates to this plan include: Bank reconciliation: No longer limited, you can keep an eye on money coming in and going out. Invoicing and Quotes: send up to 20 invoices and quotes each month and set up automatic invoice reminders so you are not having to chase payments each month. Pay bills: enter 5 bills each month, see when they are due and schedule payments and batch payments. Hubdoc: Free with every Xero plan, easily capture your receipts instead of making it a manual task and send them directly into Xero. Being on a Xero plan has its advantages, including reporting functions and dashboard, plus access to hundreds of apps from the Xero ecosystem.? You can also add Xero Payroll to pay staff and Xero Projects as extras. Xero Cashbook is great for those who don't need the works, but if you're ready to do more and have more features available to you then the Xero Starter Plan is worth considering. The Xero Starter Plan is $27.50 + gst / month.? For more information and to see if a Xero Starter Plan is right for you, speak to Karen Taylor who can help you through the process.
