We are privileged to have Paul Kelly join our firm as a Business Manager. He has a background in general management with a strong emphasis in sales, marketing, operations and bottom line financial performance. Paul brings many years of commercial experience in fast paced competitive environments especially focused on change management and business improvement. He leads teams to perform at their optimum level to deliver a solid bottom line.
Paul will be involved in several aspects of the business:
- Business & Strategic planning
- Review and implementation of processes and procedures
- Sales & Marketing initiatives – Prepare, manage and implement the annual marketing strategy ensuring that all campaigns demonstrate a significant return on investment. Actively promote the Monteck Carter brand and along with the Directors act as the face of the company to potential partners, alliances, clients and suppliers.
- He will also ensure agreed financial targets are achieved year on year and actively seek new opportunities to grow the business
He will be working with the team to provide professional, effective, accurate and timely services to all our clients. Paul has only been with us for a few weeks but fits in very well with the team and we are looking forward to introducing him to as many clients as possible in the next few weeks.
