I first became a partner in a chartered accounting practice in 1993. Prior to that I worked for Ernst & Young, with a brief stint in the UK.
I have a wealth of experience in advising the SME sector, with a focus on property developers and investors, the use of family trusts, and a holistic approach to assist my clients to achieve their business and private goals.
I live with my partner Rod, two dogs, a goat (donated to me to eat the grass by one of my farming clients). When not maintaining the lifestyle block I will be boating, travelling or entertaining.
A Rotarian of 20 years, I am also committed to serving the community & encouraging philanthropic giving in and for Auckland.
We write about finance and accounting for business owners and individuals which includes free advice, tips on dealing with the IRD and reminders.
