The Regional Business Partners (RBP) have funding available for businesses to assist with training workshops, courses and coaching to build management capabilities within your business.
At Monteck Carter we are currently registered to provide the following services, for which you may be eligible for up to 50% funding from RBP.
While there are no criteria to sign up to the RBP, there is eligibility criteria for the funding you will need to meet. This includes:

Cashflow Strategies and Improvement: a one-on-one service (most suited to a business that identifies that they need assistance in the area of cashflow management and control) that enables business owners to understand the financial foundation of their business and how to ensure that they maintain good cashflow management habits.
On the back of the sessions, we will prepare a 3-way Cashflow Forecast based on the conversations had with you and the plans to improve cashflow.

Pre-work/homework hours - 4 hours
One on one sessions with advisor - 2 x half days
Total Cost $3,500 + GST
Business Planning and Future Proofing your Business:
Most suited for any business owner that wants to improve their business in any way.
The training objectives are:
There will be an initial half day session, and then regular 90 minute meetings over the next six months.
The benefits and outcomes include,
Total cost $6,000 + GST.
